What is a Typical Session Like?

Initially, we have a brief discussion of any issues you may be having. When you arrive to your appointment, you will find a peaceful treatment room filled with soft music, aromatic fragrances, crystals, plants and healing colors. Then we will do a visual scan of your auric fields to identify any areas of disturbance. You will be then be asked to remove any jewelry and lay on the table. The process of laying on crystals begins. Special resonate crystals are chosen and placed on each of your main chakras (energy centers); root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, brow and crown. This is a non-touch and clothed energy treatment.

You will be asked to relax with the crystals for a few minutes in order to fully absorb their healing energies. Then with combining the use of Reiki and the resonate energy of each healing crystal, we will begin your Energy Work. We will re-balance, restore and clear all negative energies or blockages. It is these blockages that are the result of disorders, so once they are released you are ready to recover more deeply. At the final part of your session, we will spend some time with Sound Therapy. Instruments may include chimes, singing bowls, drums, etc.

After a session of crystal healing, you will discover a feeling of renewed well being, refreshed energy and radiant happiness. Sometimes the therapeutic effects are not fully realized until the following day as new energies will need to finish settling into your system. Each client responds differently to the unblocked energies.
