No treatments provided by Diane Black are for the purpose of replacing medical diagnosing, treating. Crystal Therapy will not cure or prevent disease in any way whatsoever. This would be outside the scope of Natural Health & Life Science.

Terms of Service

I hereby release Diane Black from any or all liabilities or claims of whatever nature that may result from any healing session, verbal or written or from my failure to pursue medical remedies for any physical ailments I may have.

I acknowledge that I have not been dissuaded by Diane Black from pursuing prescribed and appropriate medical care.
